Carol A. McKee was elected to the Commission in 2004,
re-elected in 2008 and is currently serving
as President of ACHD. McKee made her first
bid for elective
office when she decided to run for an open Commission seat, running on a platform
emphasizing sidewalks, enhancement to school zone safety and other community projects,
alongside roadway improvements. She represents District 1, East Boise and Eastern
Ada County.
