ACHD's Administration Department is comprised of our agency's Fiscal, Computer Services
and Geographic Information System divisions.
The Administration Department also creates ACHD's annual budget
document, which was honored in 2009 with the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award.
It recognizes
that ACHD’s fiscal year 2009 budget follows specific guidelines and is now
easier to read and understand than in the past.
The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) granted the
award. “This award is the highest form of recognition in
governmental budgeting,” said Stephen Gauthier of GFOA. “The award
represents a significant achievement…and provides an excellent
example for other governments.”
